摘要
目的评价泰勒宁胶囊用于中晚期癌痛的镇痛效果并与曲马多胶囊比较。方法58例中晚期癌痛患者随机分为泰勒宁组(T组n=30)和曲马多组(Q组n=28);用双盲法观察两组病人的镇痛效果、不良反应。结果两组病人均取得良好的镇痛疗效,用药7d后中度以上疼痛缓解率和完全缓解率,T组分别为100%和83,3%;Q组分别为964%和714%,两组相比较差异无显著性(P>005);用药期间有部分患者出现头晕、嗜睡和恶心、呕吐,皮肤瘙痒,皮疹,未见明显的呼吸抑制及精神依赖性。结论泰勒宁胶囊为临床药物治疗癌痛提供了一个新的选择。
Objective: To compare the analgesic effects of compound capsule ofoxycodone and acetaminophen (Tylox) on advanced cancer pain with Tramadol. Methods: Patients were randomly divided into two groups: Tylox group(group T, n =30) and Tramadol group (group Q, n =28). The analgesic effects and side effectswere observed and recorded with double dlind method. Results: Therapeutic effects were good in patients of both groups. Pain relief and complete relief rate for moderate pain after 7 days were 100% and 83 3% respectively in group T and 96 4% and 71 4% respectively in group Q. There were no significant differences between two groups. Side effects such as dizziness, lethargy, nausea, vomiting, pruritus, and skin eruption were present in some patients. There were no obvious respiratory depression and psychological dependence. Conclusions: Tylox supplies a new choice for caner pain treatment.
