经济全球化促进了矿业的全球化 ,近年来世界矿产品贸易普遍大幅度增加 ,矿业投资在全球化范围流动 ,跨国矿业企业并购浪潮此起彼伏 ,发达国家鼓励本国公司到海外勘探开发矿产资源 ,发展中国家纷纷改善矿业投资环境 ,吸引外资勘探。
The economy globalization stimulates the globalization of mining industry.The trade volume of mineral products increases substantially,the investment on mining circulates globally and the merge of transnational mining enterprises takes place frequently in recent years.The developed countries encourage the domestic companies to go abroad to explore and develop mineral resources,the developing countries improve the investment environment of mining industry in succession so as to attract foreign investment for prospecting and develop the domestic mineral resources.
