摘要
根据综放开采工作面前方支承压力对顶煤的作用原理 ,以及顶煤冒放与强度的相关规律和煤层注水渗透与软化理论 ,提出了预注水处理顶煤超前工作面的合理位置、注水含水率、单孔注水量、注水湿润半径、注水孔间距、注水时间、注水压力和注水孔布置等工程参数的确定方法 ,并将其成功应用于综放开采实践 ,研究结果为综放开采预注水处理顶煤技术的推广应用提供了依据。
Based on the acting principle of the abutment pressure ahead of the fully mechanized sub level caving mining face on the top coal,the determination method of the engineering parameters,such as the rational water infusion districts ahead of the working face,water bearing ratio from water infusion,water infusion volume per hole,wetted radius,interval of infusion holes,infusion time,infusion pressure and the hole layout etc.,are put forward.And the achievement has been successfully applied in a fully mechanized sub level mining.The results will provide a basis for the popularization and application of the water pre infusion treating top coal technology in the fully mechanized sub level caving mining.
