The state-of-the-art technology in dynamic checkweighers is called the electromagnetic weight compensation method. The mechanism is based on measuring the product weight by the countering electromagnetic force that is generated by the interaction between magnetic field and electric current. The larger the electric current, the greater the countering force and thus the heavier the product weight.
