摘要
工业生产中常用苯、环己烷、正戊烷等作夹带剂进行恒沸精馏生产无水乙醇。夹带剂与酒精溶液中的乙醇、水形成新的三元恒沸物 ,可获得纯度很高的乙醇。以环己烷作夹带剂生产无水乙醇 ,工艺中可增加2块塔板数 ,直接采用蒸汽加热 ,利用回收塔余馏水加热原料 ,节能降耗。(孙悟)
Benzene, cyclohexane and normal pentane etc. are frequently used as entrainers in industrial production of anhydrous alcohol through constant boiling and fine distillation. The new ternary constant boiling material formed by entrainer and the ethyl alcohol and aqua in alcoholic solution might develop alcohol with high purity. We could add two tower plates technologically, adopt steam heating technology directly, and utilize the residual distilled water from the regeneration tower as the heating source which may save energy and decrease the production consumption when we use cyclohexane as entrainer in the production of anhydrous alcohol.(Tran by YUE Yang)
