摘要
绿色经济已成为世界经济的发展趋势,“绿色壁垒”也相伴而生。我们必须站在可持续发展战略的高度,选择以可持续发展为主导的工业化模式,提升我国的产品质量。要联合发展中国家,反对发达国家苛刻的环境壁垒要求,保护我国的合法权益。积极争取国际组织的环保技术与资金支持,发展我国“绿色产业”。
Green economy has become the trend of development of world economy, followed by the emergence of 'green barrier'. We must stand at a high strategic position capable to conduct sustained economic growth. We must choose a mode for continuous industrial development as the key for upgrading the qualities of our products, unite with the developing countries to oppose the extremely harsh conditions of the developed countries for environmental barriers and protect the legitimate rights and interests of our countuy with the technical protection and capital assistance of relevant international organizations and further develop our own 'green industries'.
