摘要
基于专用传感器与多点测量,提出了一种利用温度外推测试法获得爆发器内壁温度的新方法.该方法通过专用传感器测得低动态位置处的温度变化,利用物体的导热规律外推出内壁温度,从而满足了爆发器内壁温度测试的高动态性要求,可消除传感器封装厚度对瞬态温度测试结果的影响,验证测试结果的正确性.实际测试的结果表明:该方法可以实现爆发器内壁瞬态温度变化规律的测试,且验证点处的误差不超过1℃.
Based on the special sensor and multi-point measurement, a method is proposed using temperature extrapolation method to get the in-wall temperature of the closed-bomb. The temperature change on lowly dynamic characteristics position is measured, and in-wall temperature is extrapolated according to the rule of heat-transfer. So the requirements of highly dynamic characteristics in measuring the in-wall temperature of the closed-bomb can be easily satisfied by the proposed method, the influence of the sensor coat-thickness on transient temperature measurement can be eliminated, and the correctness of the measurement can be verified. The experimental results show that the measurement of changing regulation of the in-wall temperature of the closed-bomb can be realized and the error in the verifying points is less than 1°C.
