摘要
目的 了解护士心理健康状况。方法 采用SCL - 90症状自评量表 ,整群抽取涪陵城区 371名在职护士进行调查。结果 护士心理健康远远低于普通女性 ,不同科室以外科、内科、儿科护士心理健康水平最差 ,P <0 .0 1。Pearson相关分析发现年龄、护龄、学历、职称、职务与护士心理健康呈显著正相关。结论 高强度的工作应激会造成不良心理状态 。
Objective To investigate mental health status of nurses.Methods By SCL-90 and cluster sampling, 371 nurses at their post from Fuling urban district were investigated.Results The nurses showed greatly lower mental health level , compared with common women, and lowest from the surgery, department of internal medicine or pediatrics among all departments. Mental health of the nurses were observed to be positively correlated to age, nursing length, educational background, professional title and post, from Pearson correlative analysis.Conclusions Strongly intensive stress may result in poor psychological status and present urgent task is to improve maintaining mental health of nurses.
