磁载光催化剂TiO_2/SiO_2/γ-Fe_2O_3的制备及其催化氧化性能 被引量:6

摘要  采用化学共沉淀法制备磁基体(Fe3O4),煅烧使其转化为γ Fe2O3。溶胶 凝胶法成功得到易于固液分离回收的磁载TiO2光催化剂TiO2/SiO2/γ Fe2O3。用TEM和XRD进行形貌和物相表征。研究了催化剂对可溶性染料Orange Ⅱ的降解性能,并探讨了煅烧温度、时间对活性的影响。结果表明:最佳煅烧温度为450℃,最佳煅烧时间为30min。这种情况下得到的磁载TiO2光催化剂TiO2/SiO2/γ Fe2O3,在3次循环使用后降解率仍保持在95%以上。 Nano-magnetite matrix Fe_3O_4 was prepared by chemical comrecipition. γ-Fe_2O_3 prepared by Fe_3O_4 annealed at high temperature was coated by SiO_2 film, which efficiently weakened the bad influence of γ-Fe_2O_3 core on the TiO_2 shell. TiO_2/SiO_2/γ-Fe_2O_3 photocatalysts have been successfully prepared by sol-gel method. Their surface morphology and crystal structure were characterized by TEM and XRD respectively. The photocatalytic activity of this catalyst was tested with Orange-Ⅱ as decomposition substance. The results show that TiO_2/SiO_2/γ-Fe_2O_3 annealed at 450℃ about 30min have the highest photocatalytic activity. TiO_2/SiO_2/γ-Fe_2O_3 attains 95% after being used three times.
