摘要
目的:综述穴位注射在肿瘤辅助治疗中的相关文献,为穴位注射疗法应用于肿瘤临床治疗提供参考。方法:从中国知网、万方数据库、维普及PubMed中查阅关于穴位注射抗肿瘤的相关文献资料,进行分析、综述。结果:穴位注射可减轻癌性疼痛、恶心呕吐、白细胞减少等症状,增强机体免疫功能,提高患者生存质量。结论:穴位注射在减轻癌性疾病症状及减轻放化疗毒副反应等方面有明确的疗效,值得推广。
Objective The clinical efficacy of acupoint injection for adjuvant treatment of tumors was reviewed to provide theoretical reference for the clinical application of acupoint injection therapy in treating tumors.Methods The clinical research related with acupoint injection in treating tumors was retrieved from the databases of CNKI,Wanfang,VIP and PubMed,and then the data was analyzed and summarized.Results Acupoint injection can relieve the symptoms such as cancerous pain,nausea and vomiting,and leucopenia,enhance the immune function,and improve the quality of life of the tumor patients.Conclusion Acupoint injection is effective on relieving cancer-related symptoms of tumor patients,and reducing the toxic and side effects induced by radiotherapy and chemotherapy,being worth of expanding its clinical application.
