摘要
目的:探讨滋阴降火通络汤联合拉贝洛尔治疗妊娠期高血压疾病的疗效。方法:选取2014年3月-2016年3月我院94例妊娠期高血压患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各47例。对照组给予给予盐酸拉贝洛尔片(100 mg,bid^tid);观察组给予滋阴降火通络汤(1剂/d)联合拉贝洛尔(同对照组)治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果 :观察组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,妊娠结局明显优于对照组,并发症发生率明显低于对照组,血压控制效果优于对照组,两组比较有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论 :滋阴降火通络汤联合拉贝洛尔治疗妊娠期高血压临床疗效良好,且有助于改善妊娠结局,值得推广使用。
Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effect of ziyinjianghuotongluo decoction combined with labetalol on pregnancy-induced hypertension. Methods:94 patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension from March 2014 to March 2016 in our hospital were selected as research objects and randomly divided into control group(n=47) and observation group(n=47). The patients in the control group were treated with labetalol hydrochloride tablets(100 mg, bid^tid), and the patients in the observation group were treated with ziyinjianghuotongluo decoction(one dose per day) combined with labetalol hydrochloride tablets(100 mg, bid^tid). The therapeutic effect on the patients in the both groups was compared. Results:The total effective rate in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group, the outcome of pregnancy was significantly better than that in the control group, the incidence of complications was significantly lower than that in the control group, the control effect on blood perssure was better than that in the control group, there was significant difference between the both groups(P<0.05). Conclusion:The ziyinjianghuotongluo decoction combined with labetalol has good clinically therapeutic effect on pregnancy-induced hypertension, which is helpful to improvement of pregnancy outcome and worthy of popularization and application.
