摘要
目的探讨黄芪桂枝五物汤联合针灸应用于糖尿病周围神经病变的临床疗效。方法选取2017年8月至2019年2月辽宁省本溪市中医院收治的糖尿病周围神经病变且中医辨证属于气虚血瘀型患者70例作为研究对象,按治疗方案不同分为两组,对照组35例在常规治疗基础上采用黄芪桂枝五物汤治疗,研究组35例则在常规基础上采用黄芪桂枝五物汤联合针灸治疗,比较两组血糖血脂控制情况、神经症状评分以及正中神经、腓总神经传导速度。结果研究组血糖血脂指标水平均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者正中神经、腓总神经的运动神经传导速度(MNCV)和感觉神经传导速度(SNCV)以及各项神经症状评分优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对糖尿病周围神经病变患者在基础西医治疗基础上配合黄芪桂枝五物汤联合针灸治疗可显著改善正中神经、腓总神经传导速度,并将血糖血脂水平控制在正常范围内,预防疾病进一步发展,治疗效果显著。
Objective To explore the clinical effects of Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu decoction combined with acupuncture on diabetic peripheral neuropathy.Methods From August 2017 to February 2019,a total of 70 patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy admitted to Benxi Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Liaoning Province were divided into 2 groups according to different treatment schemes.A total of 35 patients in the control group were treated with Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu decoction on the basis of routine treatment,while 35 patients in the study group were treated with Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu decoction combined with acupuncture on the basis of routine treatment.The blood sugar and lipid control,neurological symptoms score and conduction velocity of median nerve and common peroneal nerve were compared between the 2 groups.Results The levels of blood sugar and lipid in the study group were better than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The motor nerve conduction velocity(MNCV)and sensory nerve conduction velocity(SNCV)of median nerve and common peroneal nerve and the scores of neurological symptoms in the study group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion According to the patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy on the basis of basic Western medicine treatment,combined with Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu decoction and acupuncture treatment can significantly improve the conduction velocity of median nerve and common peroneal nerve,and control the level of blood sugar and lipid within the normal range,prevent further development of disease,and achieve remarkable therapeutic effect.
