摘要
为了使频率捷变雷达本振源的压频特性线性化,本文提出了模-数混合补偿式线性化器的原理及其自动测试装置。该装置可测试本振的压频特性,计算补偿量并将补偿量固化到线性化器的存储器中。对 X 波段带宽为600MHz 的本振源,经补偿后的调制特性线性度优于0.2%。
This paper describes the principle of the analog-digital composite compensation mode lin- earization device and its automatic measurement system for linearizing voltage-frequency characteristic of lo- cal oscillator of the frequency-agile radar.The system can be employed in testing the voltage-frequency char- acteristic of the local oscillator ,calculating compensation quantity and solidifying the quantity into the memo- ry of the linearization device.After the linearization device compensating,the Linearity degree of modulation characteristic of the local oscillator is less than 0.2% with 600 MHz width in X band.
