摘要
以加拿大乔治亚学院CO-OP教育模式为研究对象,从实施形式、实施过程、管理考核及实习政策保障四个方面全面分析了该院CO-OP教育模式的实施情况,总结了乔治亚学院校企合作模式所具有的特点。其CO-OP教育实施过程中明确的职责分配、细致的服务工作和融洽的校企生关系都值得我们学习借鉴。
Taking Co- operative education mode in Georgian College in Canada as the study objective,this article analyzed the implementation situation of this education mode comprehensively from four aspects, which included its form, process,management and examination and policy safeguard. The paper also summarized the characteristics of this school- enterprise cooperation mode. The specific distribution of responsibilities,meticulous service and harmonious relationship between college,enterprises and students,all of that are worth our learning.
