摘要
整理《医宗必读》痢疾篇条文,李中梓论述了痢疾的病因病机特点,疑似之症辨析、治疗及据脉象推断疾病转归,通过症状结合舌脉进行寒热虚实辨析,疑似之症更须详辨。治疗上明确病因辨证施治,认为痢疾病证与脾肾二脏关系最为密切,强调临证注重补益脾肾。
By classifying and summarizing the provision of dysentery of Required Readings For Medical Professionals.It analyzes the characteristics of the etiology and pathogenesis of dysentery,suspected syndrome differentiations,treatment characteristics and prognosis.It mainly introduces the differentiation of cold,heat,deficiency and excess through symptom,tongue image,pulse condition.Suspected diseases be further identified and therapeutically confirm the etiology and treat for differentiation.He believed that the syndrome of dysentery was most closely related to spleen and kidney.He emphasized that clinical evidence should pay attention to invigorate spleen and kidney.It is hoped that the academic experience of famous doctors will be better studied and inherited so that clinical efficacy will improve.
