摘要
糖尿病是临床上常见的慢性疾病,是一种以高血糖为主要特征的代谢性疾病。糖尿病病因复杂,普遍认为是由于胰岛素分泌缺陷、生物作用受损或由两者共同作用引起,持续的高血糖将会引起心、血管、神经等发生慢性功能障碍或损害,影响患者健康和生活。目前,临床上对于糖尿病以双胍类、INS、格列奈类等降糖药物为主,虽然能降低患者血糖水平,但是长期用药容易增加低血糖、胃肠道不良反应发生率,影响患者健康和生活。桦褐孔菌属于是一种白腐真菌,多存在于亚洲、欧洲及北美洲等,含有多糖成分,具有降血脂、免疫调节、抗氧化等作用,而在糖尿病中的应用研究较少。因此,本文将以糖尿病为起点,分析桦褐孔菌固体发酵菌质水提物在糖尿病中的应用及作用机制,为糖尿病治疗提供依据和参考。
Diabetes is a common chronic disease in clinical practice,and it is a metabolic disease characterized by hyperglycemia.The etiology of diabetes is complex,which is generally believed to be caused by defects in insulin secretion,impaired biological effects or a combination of the two,continuous hyperglycemia will cause chronic dysfunction or damage to the heart,blood vessels and nerves,affecting the health and life of patients.Currently,glucose-lowering drugs such as biguanides,INS and grenadines are mainly used for diabetes in clinical practice,although they can reduce the blood glucose level of patients,long-term medication is likely to increase the incidence of hypoglycemia and gastrointestinal adverse reactions,affecting the health and life of patients.Porphyra obliquus is a kind of white rot fungus,which mostly exists in Asia,Europe and North America,etc.,and contains polysaccharide components,which can lower blood lipids,regulate immunity,and resist oxidation,etc.,while its application in diabetes is rarely studied.Therefore,this paper will take diabetes as the starting point to analyze the application and mechanism of the solid fermentation microbial water extract of porphyra obliquus in diabetes,so as to provide basis and reference for the treatment of diabetes.
