番石榴实蝇卵和幼虫的检疫辐照处理研究 被引量:4

摘要 番石榴实蝇是一种重要的检疫性害虫,为害热带、亚热带水果和蔬菜,在我国仅局部分布,来自疫区的寄主产品需进行检疫处理。本研究按照国际检疫处理研究规范,以卵、各龄期幼虫开展辐照剂量—响应试验,确定老熟3龄幼虫为最耐受的虫态;经大规模验证试验,番石榴中104 274头老熟3龄幼虫经63.4~97.9 Gy辐照处理,无成虫羽化,因而,阻止羽化的处理效能为99.9969%(95%置信水平),满足机率值9准则的要求。因此,建议采用98 Gy作为番石榴实蝇检疫辐照处理的最低吸收剂量,制定我国标准和国际标准,以促进检疫辐照处理的应用。 Guava fruit fly,Bactrocera correcta(Bezzi,1916),is an important quarantine pest which damages tropical and subtropical fruits and vegetables seriously.It only locally distributes in China,and then the host products in international trade should be subjected to phytosanitary treatment.The dose-response tests were carried out on eggs and all larval stages to determine the most radio-tolerance stages according to the ISPM standards.It was likely to be the matured 3 rd instar larvae.During the large-scale confirmatory tests,104 274 matured 3 rd instar larvae in guava fruits were irradiated at the dose of 63.4-97.9 Gy,resulted in no adult emergence,therefore,the treatment efficiency of preventing emergence was 99.9969%at the 95%confidence level that met the requirement of probit 9 criteria.Therefore,98 Gy is recommended as the minimum absorbed dose for phytosanitary irradiation treatment of any host plant product of Guava fruit fly,and the national standards and international standards are needed to be formulated to promote the application of phytosanitary irradiation treatment.
