摘要
以往对交互记忆系统(TMS)与绩效的关系的研究大多隐含性地假设团队交互记忆系统一旦形成就会发挥其积极效用,忽视了作为交互记忆系统载体"人"的心理感受等因素的影响。本研究以61个研发团队为样本,运用多元分层回归方法,验证了交互记忆系统对研发团队创新绩效的影响以及心理安全的调节效应。研究结果表明:交互记忆系统会正向影响研发团队的创新绩效;团队的心理安全在交互记忆系统与研发团队的创新绩效之间发挥显著地调节作用。说明企业需采取必要措施来提升员工的心理安全感,从而促进交互记忆系统对组织创新绩效的积极作用。
The existing study of the relationship between TMS and performance assumes implicitly that once TMS of the R&D team is built,it will work positively,but this has ignored the influence of the psychological experience of the TMS carrier. The present research,using a sample of 61 innovation teams,studies the influence of TMS on the innovation performance of R&D teams and the moderating role of the team psychological safety with multiple regression. The result shows that TMS has a positive effect on the innovation performance of R&D teams and the team psychological poses a significant moderating effect on the relationship between TMS and innovation performance. Therefore,it is necessary to take measures to improve the team psychological safety to promote the positive effect of TMS on innovation performance.
