摘要
目的:探讨使用无创呼吸机的慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者的护理措施。方法:回顾总结使用无创呼吸机救治的30例慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者的护理方法。结果:30例中,无死亡病例,效果满意,顺利脱机,2例因出血病情危重行气管插管,改有创通气。结论:无创呼吸机辅助呼吸能迅速纠正COPD的患者重度缺氧和二氧化碳潴留,改善病人预后,提高其生活质量。
Objective:Purpose Explore the care measures to patients in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease whom are using non-invasive ventilator.Methods Summary the nursing intervention of 30 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease who are using non-invasive ventilation treatment.Results No death in 30 patients,results were satisfactory and offline successfully,2 case changed to invasive ventilation,that is endotracheal intubation because of bleeding resulting in the critical condition.Conclusion Ventilatory support of non-invasive ventilator can correct the severe hypoxia and carbon dioxide retention of COPD patients,and improve patient outcomes and their quality of life.
