摘要
通过对萝卜肉质根膨大过程中干物质在根、冠部的分配以及蔗糖代谢相关酶活性变化等的研究,结果发现在播种后27d根部库活性最强,碳水化合物主要向地下部输送,直根开始膨大.库活性的变化与蔗糖转化酶活性无明显相关性.对可溶性蛋白进行SDS-PAGE分析发现,虽然叶片中蛋白质表达无明显差异,但在播后24d直根中有一条特异蛋白质条带出现,其表达量随肉质根生长而加大,其作用有待进一步验证.
The mechanism of the development and growth of succulent root in Raphanus sativus L. was studied by investigating the accumulation of dry matter, sink activities, carbohydrate content, activities of sucrose invertase and profiles of soluble proteins. It was shown that the highest sink activities at 27 d after sowing (DAS) resulted in the carbohydrates seemingly being mainly partitioned into the developing succulent root and the root beginning to thicken. However, the sink activities were not significantly related to the activities of invertase in this variety. Additionally a special band corresponding to protein of about 20 kD appeared at 24 DAS, and then the intensities of this band increased during thickening growth of the succulent root.
