摘要
本文采用电影摄影方法,对77例男、女青年平地常速行走时的步长,步相和髋、膝、踝关节在矢状面上的活动情况进行了分析研究,测得有关数据并绘出上述关节在步态周期中的角度-时间曲线和角度-角度曲线。讨论了这些数据的实用价值和临床意义。
ABSTRACTThe step length, gait phases and periods, range of motion of the hip,knee and ankle in the sagittal plane during level walking at normal speedof 77 young men and women were studied with cinematography. The re-levant data of Chinese youths were estimated and the angle-duration dia-gram and angle-angle diagram of the hip, knee and ankle in the gait cyclewere presented. The practical application of these data and their clinicalsignificance were also discussed.
