摘要
从四个方面分析了西方发达国家基础研究在其创新型国家建设中的作用:基础研究成为创新驱动发展的先导;增强国家的自主创新能力,形成核心竞争能力;衍生高新技术产业,优化经济结构;培养创新型人才,提升民族的科学精神,为创新型国家建设提供人才支撑。并结合实际对我国的基础研究发展情况进行了对比分析。
This paper analyzes the role of basic research in western developed countries in the construction of innovative countries from four aspects:being the pioneer of innovation-driven development;strengthening the country’s independent innovation capability and forming core competitiveness;deriving high-tech industry and optimizing economic structure;cultivating innovative talents,enhancing the scientific spirit of the nation,and providing talent support for the construction of innovative countries.Finally,the article makes a brief comparative analysis of Chinese basic research and development.
