摘要
研究了用小分子硅烷偶联剂及所合成的大分子偶联剂表面改性的氢氧化铝 (ATH )对其填充的聚乙烯阻燃复合材料性能的影响 ,并对拉伸之后的复合材料的微观形态进行了表征。研究发现 ,大分子偶联剂对阻燃材料的力学性能的改善效果比小分子偶联剂要好 ,同时大分子偶联剂还提高了材料的热稳定性。
A silane coupling agent and two macromolecule coupling agents were used to treat the surface of aluminum hydroxide(ATH) and the influence of these coupling agents on properties of PE/ATH composite was investigated. Microstructures of the composites were studied by means of scanning electron microscopy (SEM). It was found that the macromolecule coupling agents improved the mechanical properties better than silane coupling agent.The thermo-stability of the materials was also improved via introducing a macromolecule coupling agent.
