摘要
针对全固态激光器高功率运转时存在的热效应问题 ,本文从热稳定腔理论出发 ,给出了凸凹热稳定及失谐不敏感腔的设计方法和步骤 ,并以Nd :YAG激光器为例 ,用曲线图解法求出最佳腔参数。这种凸凹腔型具有基模体积大 ,热稳定性好 ,不对准灵敏度低的优点。
Following the theories of highpower stable continue-wave solid-state lasers with large-volume fundamental mode and high alignment stability,we deduced a practical methods in designing the convex-concave resonator,which take the advantages of large-volume TEM_ 00 mode,high efficiency and low sensitivity to perturbations.we make out all optimal cavity parameters of a Nd:YAG solid-state lasers in the end as an example.
