摘要
多功能纺织品是现代纺织品研究的热点。文中以水性聚氨酯为防水涂料,纳米氧化锡锑(ATO)及超细二氧化钛(TiO2)作为功能填料,采用涂层工艺对涤纶织物进行整理,探讨了涂层整理剂中各组分的最佳含量,并对织物的防水、防紫外以及隔热性能进行评价。结果表明,经优化的工艺参数为:水性聚氨酯含量为50.00%,纳米ATO含量为2.00%,纳米TiO2含量为3.00%。经整理后的涤纶织物耐水压为12.4 kPa,UPF值为245.9,隔热性能提升了8.1℃,满足户外纺织面料防水、防紫外、隔热的基本需求。
Multi-functional textiles have always been a hot spot in modern textile research.In this paper,the polyester fabrics were treated with coating process using waterborne polyurethane as waterproof coatings,nano ATO and ultrafine TiO2 as functional fillers.The optimum content of each component in the coating finishing agent was discussed,and the waterproof,UV protection and heat insulation properties of the fabrics were evaluated.The results show that the optimum process parameters are as follows:the content of waterborne polyurethane was 50.00%,nano ATO was 2.00%,and ultrafine TiO2 was 3.00%.The resistance to water pressure was 12.4 kPa,UPF was 245.9 and thermal insulation property increased by 8.1℃of the polyester fabrics after finishing.All performances can meet the needs of outdoor fabrics for waterproof,UV protection and thermal insulation.
