摘要
文中优选细旦醋青纤维进行纺纱、织造、染整、成衣等产业链的加工技术研究,开发醋青纤维功能性针织面料。以15.6 tex腈纶与黏胶混纺纱(60∶40)×3股、25.5 tex棉与锦纶混纺纱(78∶22)×2股为表层,以8.3 tex/72 f(75 D/72 f)涤纶为中间层,以11.8 tex醋青纤维、莫代尔纤维、维勒夫特纤维赛络纺混纺纱(50∶30∶20)为里层交织开发菱形格织物,详细介绍醋青纤维纺纱工艺、针织编织工艺、染整工艺,并对面料的抗静电性、保暖性等功能性指标进行测试。结果表明,开发的醋青纤维系列产品具有优异的抗静电性和保暖特性,符合人们对多功能服装产品的穿着需求。
In this paper,fine denier vinegar-green fiber is selected for spinning,knitting,dyeing and finishing,garment-the whole industrial chain to develop vinegar-green fiber knitted functional fabrics.The rhombic plaid fabric was developed with 15.6 tex acrylic/viscose blended yarn(60∶40)×3,25.5 tex cotton/nylon blended yarn(78∶22)×2 as the surface layer,8.3 tex/72 f(75 D/72 f)polyester as the middle layer,11.8 tex vinegar green fiber/Modal/villeft fiber Siro blended yarn(50∶30∶20)as the inner layer.The spinning technology of vinegar green fiber,knitting technology,dyeing and finishing technology were introduced,and functional indices including antistatic property and warmth retention of the fabric were tested.The results show that the vinegar green fiber series products have excellent antistatic and thermal properties,which meet wearing requirements for multi-functional clothing products.
