摘要
在宋代司法实践中,保护相关人的合法权益是十分重要的。这显然是深受人文精神的影响,在一定程度上体现了追求公平正义的司法目标。研究人文精神在宋代司法实践中的体现对全面认识宋代社会法制状况具有重要意义,且有益于现代法制建设。
Protecting litigants’legal rights, which was important in judicial practice in the Song Dynasty, was obviously impacted by humanism. It is significant to research humanism in the judicial practice in the Song Dynasty for realizing the legal system of the society at that time. We can also obtain beneficial experience for the construction of modern legal system
