摘要
双氰胺甲醛缩聚物在我国主要用做印染工业用固色剂、丁苯橡胶生产过程中的乳液凝聚剂及工业废水处理用脱色絮凝剂。作者主要综述了它的反应历程,产物结构及特性,国内外发展历史、现状以及此产品在市场、研究及评价中存在的问题。建议今后应在降低成本、提高产品性能以及与其他絮凝剂联用等方面继续深入研究。同时简介了天津化工研究设计院在这一领域中的科研及工业化生产情况。
Dicyandiamine-formaldehyde condensation product isgenerally used in our country asfixing agent in textile dyeing process,coagulating agent in SBR rubber latex and decolouration flocculant in industrial dyeing wastewater.The main purpose of thisarticle isto introduce in detail the reaction course,structure and specific characteristic of thisproduct,itsdevelopment history,present situation and some problemsof market,research,evaluation ,etc.,from both domestic and foreign countries.It issuggested that from now on,further researchesshould be done to reduce production cost,improve itsspeciality and combine other flocculantswith thisproduct.It also introducesthe research and large scale production of thisfield in Tianjin Research and Design Institute of Chemical Industry.
