摘要
研究了150 kg真空感应炉熔炼Fe-Cr-Al合金Al含量控制工艺。设计了四个熔炼方案,研究了Al合金加入前炉内压力及钢液温度、随炉C加入量、Fe-Cr-Al合金返回料的使用对Al收得率的影响。结果表明,随炉C量为0.01%且Al在炉内压力为30 Pa、钢液温度为1500℃的条件下加入收得率可达97.4%;全Fe-Cr-Al合金返回料熔炼,返回料中Al收得率可达95.6%。
Herein,we experimentally addressed the problem of oxidation and volatility of Al in formation of Fe-Cr-Al alloy by melting in 150 kg vacuum induction furnace.The influence of the pressure and molten-steel temperature on the Al yielding rate was investigated under the four pre-designed melting conditions,involving the timing and sequence of additions of C,Al,Si,Mn and recycled Fe-Cr-Al alloy scraps into the molten steel.The results show that with 0.01%(wt.) C-content added to the cold raw materials before melting,the highest Al yielding rate could be 97.4% under the optimized conditions,including a liquid-steel temperature of 1500℃,a pressure of 30 Pa.When it comes to melting of only recycled Fe-Cr-Al scraps,the Al yielding rate was 95.6% at most.
