多孔焊接件压装轴套工艺的研究 被引量:1

摘要 由于在圆环棒焊接件上,各个内孔之间的同轴度数值难以控制,导致圆环棒装配轴套时,组装过程难以实现自动化;通过引入360°自动导向浮动机构,实现了自动定位找正功能,解决了焊接变形带来的同轴度超差等问题。此工装可以同时压装6只轴套,比人工每次敲进一只,工作效率提高了4~5倍,降低了劳动强度,去除了噪声污染。 Because of the coaxial degree between the different holes in weldment is difficult to control,the assembly process automation is difficult to be achieved. Through the introduction of 360° automatic guiding floating mechanism,we realize that the automatic positioning and alignment function in assembling and solve the error of welding coaxially deformation. This machine can press 6 sleeves at the same time,compared with artificially knocking into one once,the work efficiency is increased four to five times,while reducing the labor intensity and removing the noise pollution.
