摘要
开发了一套基于Lab VIEW软件的机械密封性能试验装置测控系统。基于模块化设计理念,将控制系统划分为多个子程序,由主程序动态调用各子VI,实现机械密封转速的调节以及温度、摩擦力等参数的采集、显示、存储与处理。在该测控系统中,密封端面的温度由热电偶测得的4路温度信号进行曲线拟合得出。利用该测试系统在摩擦磨损试验机上完成了一对机械密封环的性能测试,实验结果表明该测试系统具有较高的精度和可靠性。
A testing and controlling system for mechanical seals testing device based on LabVIEW is designed.Based on the concept of modular design,the testing and controlling system is divided into several subVIs,which meets users' function requriments. The host program dynamically invokes every sub VI to adjust the speed of mechanical seal and collect,display,store and process the signals of mechanical seal's performance parameters,such as temperature and friction. In this system,the temperature of the seal end face are fitted by four signals measured by corresponding thermocouples. The performance of a mechanical seal is carried out on the seal performance testing device with this testing and controlling system. The experimental results show that the testing system is accurate and reliable.
