摘要
从教育资源跨境流动的宏观走向来看,我国高等教育资源主要有三种流动模式:引进教育资源的中外合作办学、输出教育资源的境外办学和整合教育资源的共建跨境大学(教育)联盟。面向东盟,我国高等教育发展呈现的特征是:中外合作办学整体偏弱、境外办学规模较大和共建跨境大学(教育)联盟发展迅速。目前,中外合作办学与境外办学在办学规模、办学层次和学科专业布局等方面存在一些问题,共建跨境大学(教育)联盟在后续发展上也面临若干困难,故亟须对中国—东盟高等教育的合作路径进行差异化设计。
From the macroscopic trend of international flowing of educational resources,China’s higher educational resources are mainly manifested in three modes of circulation,namely,importing by Chinese-foreign cooperation in running schools,exporting by running schools overseas,and convening by cross-border university alliance. Facing ASEAN,Chinese-foreign cooperation in running schools is weak,scale of running schools overseas is relatively large,and cross-border university alliance are developing rapidly. The former two have obvious problems on the scale,level of organization and subject arrangement,and the latter one also exists its problems on the future development. Accordingly,China should have different options on the cooperation of higher education with ASEAN.
