摘要
中职学校对汽车空调系统的教学主要是借助于整车进行,但汽车空调安装的空间狭小、部件隐蔽,在上实训课时不方便观察和讲解。为了解决这一问题,决定自行研制适合中职教育特点的汽车自动空调试验台,通过对试验台车型的选择、总体布局设计、框架设计、控制面板的设计、主运动件及传动件的选取,最终实现汽车自动空调试验台的全面设计。首先借助AutoCAD制图软件对试验台整体结构进行设计,再借助现代机械设计手册对要选择的材料强度进行估算,并不断分析、总结,确定最佳设计方案。研究成果一方面弥补了中职学校汽修专业汽车自动空调设备的不足,另一方面也为以后汽车自动空调试验台的研制提供了依据。
The teaching about automotive air conditioning system is conducted with the aid of car in secondary vocational school.But there are many problems,such as narrow space,hidden component and difficult to see in the training.To solve these problems,the research group decided to develop auto air conditioning test rig which can fit the secondary vocational education.At first,we select car types,then made a design of the overall layout,the test bench frame and the test bench control panel,then selected the active part and the driving medium.At last we achieved the overall design of the auto air conditioning test rig.We designed the entire structure of the test rig with the aid of Auto CAD,calculated the parame-ter of material with the aid of the Modern mechanical design manual and determined the best plan of the au-to air conditioning test rig.The research achievement,on one hand,makes up the equipment shortage of auto air conditioning in the auto mechanic professional in the secondary vocational school,and on the other hand,provides a reference resource for development of auto air conditioning test rig in the future.
