TNFAIP8和TNFAIP2在乳腺肿瘤中的表达及临床意义 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨乳腺肿瘤组织中肿瘤坏死因子α诱导蛋白8(TNFAIP-8)和肿瘤坏死因子α诱导蛋白2(TNFAIP-2)的表达及临床意义。方法应用免疫组织化学染色SP法检测46例乳腺癌及36例乳腺腺瘤组织中TNFAIP8、TNFAIP2表达,分析其与临床病理特征的关系。结果乳腺腺瘤组织中TNFAIP8、TNFAIP2的表达与乳腺癌中的表达比较差异有显著性(P<0.05);TNFAIP8、TNFAIP2表达水平与年龄、患病部位无相关性(P>0.05);与淋巴结转移相关,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论TNFAIP8家族在乳腺癌发生、发展、转移中可能发挥重要作用,TNFAIP8、TNFAIP2有可能成为乳腺癌治疗的新靶点。
