摘要
梗阻性排便综合征(obstructed defecation syndrome,ODS)的外科治疗首先必须进行充分、全面地评估,根据检查结果排除手术禁忌症,进而制定手术方案。目前,治疗ODS的手术方式主要有PPH-STARR、Contour Transtar和TSTstarr+等手术方式,其治疗效果相似,但需根据患者的临床表现不同而进行个体化治疗。
The surgical treatment of obstructed defecation syndrome ( ODS) should be thoroughly and objectively assessed and the surgical approach should be decided based on the detailed results after the exclusion of contraindications .Currently, PPH-STARR, Contour Transtar and TSTstarr +are all effective surgical approaches for ODS with the similar efficacy .However ,the final decision made by us surgeons should be tailored to the individual ’ s situations .
