摘要
散打运动是近年来发展迅速的一项体育运动,吸引了越来越多的人参与其中。散打运动不仅刺激好玩,而且有益于提高身体素质,随着参与人员的增多,散打教学中的训练方式和训练效果显得尤为重要。在传统训练方法的基础上,近年来散打教学出现一种新的教学训练方式,即表象训练法。为了更好地探究表象训练法在散打教学上的效果差异以及表象训练法与传统训练法的异同,本文以学习散打运动的专业学生为研究对象,通过运用科学研究方法分析影响表象训练法的教学效果,从而为提高散打教学效果提供论据支持,并提出建议,以提高散打专业学生的技术水平。
Free combat,which develops rapidly in recent years,has attracted increasing numbers of participants.It is fun and exciting,while at the same time good for the improvement of physical conditions,thus the training method and effect are becoming essential.Based on the traditional training way,a new teaching method in free combat emerged,which is called:imagery training.Aiming at finding out the differences between traditional training and imagery training in terms of the effect and training ways and taking students majored in free combat as the research object;this paper analyzes the teaching effect of the imagery training through scientific research.Suggestions are also proposed,in order to offer theoretical references and improve students’technical level.
