八段锦练习中人体脑电及心电活动协同关联作用的影响研究

A Study on the Synergistic Association of EEG and ECG during the Practice of Baduanjin

摘要 研究八段锦练习中脑电、心电指标的变化规律,找出八段锦功法"三调合一"意识和呼吸的调整对人体的协同关联作用。通过对10名运动员进行脑电、心电同步测试,整理发现,脑电数据中专业运动员有着更好的心理情绪稳定;HRV数据中八段锦练习可以有效提升迷走神经的张力,表现为LF、LF/HF成分下降和HF成分提高,TP值提高;专业运动员练功水平、呼吸控制对心率变异有着一定的积极影响,在八段锦练习中,通过大脑意识达到"入静"状态可以有效提高中枢神经和迷走神经功能,此时脑电和心电的协同关联作用促进了人体机能的提升。 This paper studies on the change rule of EEG and ECG during the practice of baduanjin(eight trigrams boxing),and finds out the synergistic association between practitioners'body and the "body,breath and mind adjustment" in baduanjin.The study result of synchronous testing of EEG and ECG of 10 athletes indicates that professional athletes have a more stable mind.HRV data shows that baduanjin helps to improve the strain of the vagus,as the LF,LF/HF decrease,and HF increases,the TP figure is also improved.The proficiency of the practice and breath-control ability will have positive effect on the variation of heart rate.When the mind becomes tranquilized,the function of central nervos and vagus will be improved,so does the overall body,thanks to the synergistic association of EEG and ECG.
