摘要
目的对内科住院老年人抑郁现状和影响因素进行调查分析。方法随机选取110例内科住院老年患者,应用老年抑郁量表(GDS量表)和一般情况调查表调查。结果发放问卷110份,回收有效问卷100份,100例有效问卷中轻度抑郁占25%,中度抑郁占40%,重度抑郁占5%。结论内科住院老年人抑郁患病率高,值得重视。
Objective To investigate the status and influencing factors of depression of the elderly inpatients from Internal Medicine Department.Methods 110 elderly inpatients of Internal Medicine Department were randomly selected for study.They were investigated by means of geriatric depression scale and general condition questionnaire.Results 110 questionnaires were distributed and 100 valid questionnaires were collected.According to the 100 valid questionnaires,25%suffered from mild-moderate depression,40%suffered from moderate depression,and 5%suffered from severe depression.Conclusion The elderly inpatients of Internal Medicine Department suffer from high depression incidence and therefore much attention shall be paid to them.
