摘要
2017年我国首家Medical Mall诞生,该办医模式将多个医疗机构集中在一幢楼里,实现空间和资源的共享。该医疗商场在杭州的建立得益于资本优势、成熟市场、市场需求等多方面因素,为我国社会资本办医探索出了"商业+医疗"的新型模式。虽然医疗商场的运行面临着执业政策落地困难、医保报销、政策监管等多方面问题,但此种新型办医模式的出现突破了死板的医疗机构设置方式,进而降低了医生的创业成本,有利于医疗资源的重新调整及医疗行业的内部竞争。
The first Medical Mall of our country was born in 2017, which model of the medical treatment concentrates multiple medical institutions in one building to achieve the sharing of space and resources. The establishment of the Medical Mall in Hangzhou has benefited from many factors, such as capital advantages, mature market, market demand and so on, which has explored a new model of ‘Business plus Medical Treatment’ for the social capital to run medicine in China. The operation of medical malls is faced with some problems in the landing of practice policies, medical insurance reimbursement, and policy supervision, however, the emergence of this new type of medical model breaks through the rigid mode of setting up medical institutions, which in turn reduces the cost of the doctors’ entrepreneurship, and is conducive to the readjustment of medical resources and the internal competition in the medical industry.
