引导骨组织再生技术在创伤性牙缺失种植修复中的应用效果研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的探析引导骨组织再生技术在创伤性牙缺失种植修复中的应用效果。方法选取2015年1月至2017年8月入我院口腔科接受治疗的50例创伤性牙缺失患者作为研究对象,根据患者不同牙缺失情况选用材料联合种植体种植治疗,4-6个月后病人入院复查情况切开牙龈继续进行二期烤瓷冠修复完整整体牙缺失修复治疗,种植体植入后观察患者并发症情况,评估引导骨组织再生技术成骨满意程度,综合评定患者种植治疗效果。结果种植体植入后仅出现1例牙槽嵴顶因为伤口裂开而产生了胶原膜暴露现象,经过清洗、消炎等对症治疗及处理后,软组织恢复良好;1例种植体植入失败,因为植入时方向倾斜植入体根部进入了邻牙牙根周围,牙槽骨间隔距离太短,在放置穿龈器时发生了旋转脱落;引导骨组织再生技术成骨效果满意率达90%。结论引导骨组织再生技术能保存、重建牙槽嵴区域硬组织、软组织外形,修复效果好,美观度也较高。 Objective To explore the effect of guided bone regeneration in the repair of traumatic dental implants. Methods 50 cases of traumatic dental defects admitted to our hospital from January 2015 to August 2017 were selected as the research object.According to the patients with different tooth loss, materials and implant were used to treat them. 4-6 Months after the patient admitted to the hospital to review the situation to open the gums to continue the second period of porcelain crown repair the entire integral loss of tooth repair treatment, implants were observed after implantation of patients with complications, assessment of bone regeneration guide bone osteogenesis satisfaction, a comprehensive assessment of patient cultivation treatment effect. Results Only one patients with alveolar crest appeared as a result of wound rupture. Collagen membrane was exposed and the soft tissues recovered well after symptomatic treatment and treatment such as washing and anti-inflammatory. placed in the gingival device when the rotation took off;guide bone regeneration technology osteogenic effect satisfaction rate up to 90%. Conclusion Guided bone regeneration can preserve and reconstruct the hard tissue and soft tissue in the alveolar region, and has good repair effect and high aesthetic appearance.
