摘要
目的研究健康教育对骨质疏松性骨折患者生存质量的影响。方法选取2016年1月至2017年8月,到我院治疗的70例骨质疏松性骨折患者。将患者随机分为2组,研究组(n=35)和对照组(n=35),对照组患者采取常规骨折护理,研究组患者在此基础上,对患者进行健康教育。对比两组患者健康教育前后生存质量。结果健康宣教后,研究组的心理健康、躯体功能、疼痛情况、社会功能、情绪角色、躯体角色、活力等生存质量评分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对骨质疏松性骨折患者进行健康教育能够明显提高患者的生存质量,对患者的骨折康复有积极意义。
Objective To study effect of health education on life quality of osteoporotic fracture patients. MethodsChoose 70 cases osteoporotic fracture patients treated in our hospital from January 2016 to August 2017, divide them into two groups randomly, study group(n=35) and control group(n=35). Control group was treated with routine fracture care, and study group with health education based on control group. Compare life quality between two groups before and after health education. Results After health education, life quality scores of mental health, physical function, pain situation, social function, emotional role, physical role and activity of study group were significantly higher than control group, difference showed statistical significance(P<0.05). Conclusion Health education can improve life quality of osteoporotic fracture patients significantly, and has positive significance for patient's fractures rehabilitation.
