摘要
目的分析对血热型寻常型银屑病患者使用清热活血合剂的临床疗效和安全性。方法选择我院门诊收治的1680例血热型寻常型银屑病患者,对所有患者均实施清热活血合剂的治疗,比较治疗前后的效果。结果在治疗后,PASI(银屑病皮损面积和严重程度指数)和血清IFN-γ明显低于治疗前。而治疗后的血清IL-10明显高于治疗前,所有差异经比较后均显著(P<0.05)。治疗后仅有3例患者出现腹部疼痛、1例患者出现头晕头痛症状。但对其实施针对性处理后均明显好转。结论对血热型寻常型银屑病患者使用清热活血合剂治疗,可取得较好的临床疗效,治疗安全性也较高。值得推广使用。
Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy and safety of patients with psoriasis vulgaris Qingre Huoxue Mixture on blood type. Methods Our hospital 1680 cases of blood type of psoriasis vulgaris patients, all patients received treatment of Qingre Huoxue Mixture, compared before and after treatment effect. Results After treatment, PASI(psoriasis area and severity index) and serum IFN-were significantly lower than before treatment. After treatment, serum IL-10 was significantly higher than that before treatment, and all the differences were significant(P<0.05). After treatment, only 3 patients had abdominal pain, and 1 patients had dizziness and headache. But after the implementation of targeted treatment were significantly improved. Conclusion Patients with blood type of psoriasis vulgaris with Qingre Huoxue Decoction treatment can get better clinical effect, treatment safety is higher. Worth popularizing.
