摘要
目的分析城市居民健康体检的影响因素,及探讨提高城市居民健康体检的效果。方法根据多阶段分层的抽样方法选取本地城市居民3124人进行健康体检的调查,并对健康体检的影响因素进行分析及讨论解决办法。结果影响居民健康体检的主要因素包括有个人收入、年龄、婚姻状况、文化程度以及性别等。结论城市居民中健康体检的意识各有不同,健康体检率在年轻群体中普遍不高,中、老年群体的体检率相对较高,健康体检的教育宣传工作仍需深入。社区及医院应该开展相关的宣传及活动,普及健康检查的重要性,改变居民对健康体检的认识。
Objective To analyze the influence factors of urban residents' health examination, and to explore the effect of improving the health check-up of urban residents. Methods Based on multi-stage stratified sampling method to select the local urban residents 3124 people health check-up survey, and analyzes the influence factors of health check-up and discuss the solution. Results The main factors influencing residents' health check-up including personal income, age, marital status, cultural degree and gender. ConclusionThe consciousness of urban residents in health vary, physical examination rate generally is not high, in the younger group, the elderly, physical examination rate is relatively high, in health and physical education propaganda work still needs to be thorough. The community and the hospital should carry out relevant publicity and activities, popularize the importance of health examination, change the people's understanding of health examination.
