摘要
目的了解2010年至2012年郑州市金水区5岁以下儿童死亡情况及主要死因。方法对金水区5岁以下儿童死亡率和构成比,对死亡原因构成及死亡地点和年龄分布情况进行分析。结果金水区城区5岁以下儿童死亡率与乡镇有显著性差异,乡镇高于城区,5岁以下儿童死亡中早产低体重、出生窒息是死亡的重要成因,途中死亡和发弃治疗的比例偏高,应提高5岁以下儿童监护人对儿童的危险因素的防范意识和应急应变能力,新生儿死亡占46.5%为5岁以下儿童死亡的重点人群,提示在降低5岁以下儿童死亡率的工作中加强全区产科及围产期保健门诊的业务技能,提高围产期保健质量,加强高危孕产妇的管理,要加强Nicu和儿科抢救设备的更新及不断提高医务人员的医疗技术水平,全面提高婴幼儿的救治成功率,从而降低我区5岁以下儿童死亡的发生率。
Objective Situation and main cause of death in children under 5 years of age in Jinshui area in 2010 to 2012 in Zhengzhou City,understanding. Meth- ods The mortality of children under 5 years of age in Jinshui area and the constituent ratio,analysis of causes of death and the place of death and age distribution. Results There were significant differences in the mortality of children under 5 years of age and the township of Jinshui District,the township was higher than in urban areas,chil- dren under 5 years old in the death of premature and low birth weight,birth asphyxia is an important cause of death,died on the way and abandoned treatment of the high proportion of children under 5 years of age,should improve the guardian of children’s risk factors awareness of prevention and emergency response capabilities,the neo- natal death was 46. 5% for children under 5 years old key population death,it suggested that to strengthen the obstetric and perinatal health care clinics in reducing the mortality of children under 5 years old in the work of the business skills,improve the quality of perinatal health care,strengthen the management of high - risk pregnant women,to strengthen the Nicu and pediatric emergency rescue equipment update and improve the level of medical technology of medical personnel,improve the success rate of treatment of infants and young children,so as to reduce the incidence of my area children below 5 years old to death.
