摘要
目的探讨阴道分泌物对尿常规临床检查结果的影响及对策。方法以我院2010年1月至2011年1月所收治的100例患者为例,所有患者均接受两种方式尿液采集检查,将其中的常规检查结果作为对照组,另一检查结果作为实验组,对比分析两组临床检查结果。结果实验组检查结果的上皮细胞、蛋白质、红细胞、白细胞等临床指标的检出率均显著少于对照组,两种方法临床指标检出率对比具有显著的统计学差异(P【0.05)。结论阴道分泌物对尿常规临床检查的结果具有一定的影响。
Objective Inquire into vagina secretion the normal regulations is to the urine clinical check result of influence and counterplan.Methods With my hospital January,2010 to January,2011 accepts to cure of 100 sufferers for example,all sufferers all accept two kinds of methods urine liquid to collect a check,will among them of normal regulations check result as a matched control,another one check result as an experiment set,contrast analyze two sets of clinical check result.The results The clinical index sign,such as,last skin cell,protein,and red cell,and white cell.etc.of experiment set check result checks a rate all show Zhao is less than a matched control,two kinds of index signs with clinical method check a rate contrast to have the statistics that show the Zhao to learn difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The result of vagina secretion to urine normal regulations clinical check has certain influence.
