摘要
目的:对江苏省医院医务社会工作和志愿服务现状进行分析,为完善管理体系和服务模式提供政策建议。方法:设计调查问卷,对江苏省医院协会医院社会工作暨志愿服务工作委员会全部委员单位进行调查,了解医院医务社会工作和志愿服务情况。结果:2015年,47.2%的医院开展医务社会工作,72.2%的医院对志愿活动进行总结;医务社会工作和志愿服务的人数、开展时长和受益人次均逐年递增。结论:医院医务社会工作和志愿服务蓬勃发展,但仍需健全管理体系,加快信息化平台建设,建立长效激励机制。
Objectives: To analyze current situations of medical social work and voluntary service of Jiangsu Province and to provide recommendations for improving the management system and service modes. Methods: Questionnaires were filled out by all membership hospitals of Hospital Social Work and Voluntary Service Committee of Jiangsu Province Hospital Association. Purpose of the survey is to understand the hospital medical social work and voluntary service. Results: In 2015, 47.2% of hospitals have carried out medical social work, 72.2% of hospitals have had summary reports of voluntary service. The numbers of workers, work time and the number of beneficiaries of medical social work and voluntary have risen year by year. Conclusions: The hospital medical work and voluntary service increased significantly. But the comprehensive management system, information platform and long-term incentive mechanism should be established and improved.
