摘要
按照国家卫生计生委进一步改善医疗服务行动计划的相关要求,2015年伊始,北京朝阳医院开展全面落实进一步改善医疗服务行动,并在推进预约诊疗服务、优化门诊服务流程、大力推进各项便民服务、加强医患沟通互动、保障医疗质量安全等方面取得了一定成效,广大人民群众就医感受明显提升。
In accordance with the relevant requirements of the National Health Planning Commission to further improve the healthcare action, Beijing Chao-Yang Hospital carried out further improving healthcare action in the beginning of 2015. It shows that significant effectiveness such as appointment, outpatient process optimization, giving convenience care, hospital patient communication and healthcare quality has been achieved and patient's experiences has been increased.
