摘要
目的探讨艾滋病防治医护人员人格、职业压力与职业倦怠的关系。方法选取2016年3月至2017年3月,在云南省抗病毒治疗的237个治疗点29所共346名艾滋病防治医护人员,采用中国大五人格问卷简式版、职业压力指标问卷和中国职业倦怠问卷对其进行调查,并利用结构方程模型对数据进行分析。结果艾滋病防治医护人员人格、职业压力与职业倦怠相关显著(r=-0.422~0.554,P<0.05);艾滋病防治医护人员人格、职业压力与职业倦怠的结构方程模型拟合良好(χ~2/df=4.03,NFI=0.915,TLI=0.901,CFI=0.921,RMSEA=0.067),职业压力对职业倦怠的路径系数显著(β=0.82,P<0.01),人格对职业倦怠的路径系数显著(β=-0.51,P<0.01);人格在职业压力对职业倦怠影响中的中介效应不显著(Z=0.260,P>0.05)。结论医疗机构可开展人格教育和心理疏导,帮助艾滋病防治医护人员缓解职业压力,抵御职业倦怠。
Objective To elucidate the relationship of personality with occupational stress and job burnout of HIV/AIDS prevention and control service providers.Methods From March 2016 to March 2017,346 service providers in HIV/AIDS prevention and control from 29 hospitals in Yunnan were included in a survey using a brief version of Chinese big five personality inventory(CBF–PI–B),stress subscale(OSI–2)and Chinese Maslach inventory.Data was analyzed by the structural equation model.Results Personality and occupational stress were correlated with job burnout(r=-0.422-0.554,P<0.05).Results of the measurement model of personality,occupational stress and job burnout showed a good model fit(χ~2/df=4.03,NFI=0.915,TLI=0.901,CFI=0.921,RMSEA=0.067).Occupational stress and personality were significant predictors of job burnout(β=0.82,-0.51,P<0.001).The mediating effect of personality between occupational stress and job burnout was not significant(Z=0.260,P>0.05).Conclusions Personality education and psychological counseling should be provided to help to relieve occupational stress and prevent job burnout of HIV/AIDS prevention and control service providers.
