2016年~2017年重庆地区禽源大肠杆菌流行病学调查及耐药性分析 被引量:16

The epidemiological investigation and drug resistance analysis of avian pathogenic Escherichia coli in some regions of Chongqing city from 2016 to 2017

摘要 为了解重庆地区禽源大肠杆菌的流行病学特点,有针对性地防控大肠杆菌性腹泻,本研究采集2016年~2017年重庆16个地区的出现禽腹泻疫情饲养场(规模场21个、散养场29个)粪便及环境拭子788份,通过细菌分离纯化、PCR鉴定,共分离鉴定出93株大肠杆菌,对其进行分子分群、药敏试验研究,并分析其流行病学调查结果。结果显示,分离的93株大肠杆菌中A群、B1群、B2群、D群分别占51.61%(48/93)、6.45%(6/93)、12.90%(12/93)和29.03%(27/93);散养场大肠杆菌检出率为58.06%(36/62),规模场检出率为45.24%(57/126);本地品种大宁河鸡检出率为12.5%(3/24),极显著低于其它品种鸡(p<0.01),四川麻鸭检出率为20%(4/20),显著低于其它品种鸭(p<0.05);0~14周龄禽(包括鸡和鸭)大肠杆菌检出率较高为56.25%(72/128),18周龄以后检出率仅17.39%(4/23);粪便中大肠杆菌会通过气溶胶的形式传播,重庆地区较为寒冷的1月、12月和较为炎热的6月、8月大肠杆菌检出率明显高于其它月份;大肠杆菌多重耐药性比例达89.25%(83/93),且多分离于规模场,不同地区、不同月份、不同禽种类、不同日龄禽分离的大肠杆菌的多重耐药性无显著差异,大宁河鸡分离的大肠杆菌多重耐药比为33.33%(1/3),极显著低于其它品种鸡(p<0.01)。本研究为重庆市防控禽大肠杆菌病提供了参考数据。 To understand the epidemiology of avian pathogenic Escherichia coli in Chongqing area,a total of 788 faeces and environment samples were collected from poultry farms(21 scale farms and 29 free-range farms)in 16 regions of Chongqing city from 2016 to 2017.The 93 isolates were identified as E.coli by bacteria isolation,purification and PCR detection.Then the isolates were analysis in molecular clustering and drug susceptibility testing.The results indicated that the 93 isolates of E.coli were classified to A(51.61%),B1(6.45%),B2(12.90%)and D(29.03%)groups,respectively.The detection rate of E.coli was58.06%(36/62)from free-range farms and 45.24%(57/126)from the scale farms.The E.coli detection rate in Daninghe chicken and Sichuan Ma duck was significant lower than that of other chicken(p<0.01)or duck breedings,and the detection rate of 0 to14 week-age was higher than that in other week-ages.The detection rate of over 18 week-age was only 21.74%.The E.coli in feces was transmitted through the aerosols.The detection rate of E.coli in the colder and warmer seasons,such as January and December or June and August were higher than that of other months.The rate of multiple drug resistance of isolations was up to89.25%,and almost of them came from free-range farms.There was no significant difference of the multi-drug resistance ratio of isolations between different regions,months,animal species and ages.The multi-drug resistance ratio of the Daninghe chicken was extremely significant lower than that of other chicken breedings(p<0.01).This study provided reference data for the prevention and control of avian colibacillosis in Chongqing.
