摘要
蒸汽爆破(简称汽爆)技术起源于美国,最初应用于木材纤维素板生产领域,我国将该技术引进并应用于畜牧生产中秸秆类粗饲料的加工处理上。作物秸秆经粗粉碎后投入高压蒸汽罐中,再经过高温高压水蒸汽蒸煮、瞬间释放压力和冷却干燥等过程,即可调制成蒸汽爆破处理的秸秆(简称汽爆秸秆)。通过汽爆加工过程中各种物理性作用,秸秆各纤维性成分间的物理结合健被打断,使秸秆可消化成分与动物消化道及微生物分泌的消化酶间接触面积增大,从而提高动物对秸秆的消化率和吸收率,同时秸秆的适口性也得到提高。因此,汽爆技术可以改善秸秆的营养价值,提高秸秆的利用率。本文对秸秆汽爆技术的原理及其在反刍动物饲养中的应用情况进行了综述。
Steam explosion technology originated in the United States,and initially applicated in wood fiber board production. After introduced to China,steam explosion technology is applicated in straw processing in which straw was made into steam explosion straw after being coarse grinded,high temperature and high pressure steam stewed and release the pressure suddenly. By a variety of effect of physical and chemical in the process of processing,the digestibility of compositions and the palatability of the straw was improved,the content of hemicellulose was reduced,and the contact area of nutrients and digestive tract digestive juices was increased. Thus it could increase the animal digestion and adoption rate of the straw. As a consequence,the steam explosion technology could improve feeding value and utilization rate of straws. In the article,the principle of steam explosion and its application in feeding value development of straws have been reviewed.
